- No returns are accepted without written return authorization number.

- Orders are subject to re-confirmation. Items are subject to prior sale.
- Prices can change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and/or orders.

Return Policy

Any damages/shortages should be reported no later than 72 HOURS from receiving the merchandise. Credit will not be accepted if not. After this period of time returns are not accepted
. Please email us at sales@unitedperfumes.com or call (305)-224-8107 prior to shipping your package for your return authorization number.
If the return is a result of our error, your shipping costs will be refunded, as well. Returns may be shipped either directly to the UNITED PERFUMES warehouse at the address below, please include the following information with your return:

- RMA number
- Full name and address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Packing slip
- Original Order Confirmation Number
- Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back to UNITED PERFUMES using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation) Any package that has not been received by UNITED PERFUMES and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
